Controlling the VCR with the
remote

Press RM SET UP and AV [ / 1
simultaneously.
The RM SET UP indicator lights up.

Press VIDEO1 or VIDEO2.

Enter your VCR’s manufacturer code
(see the table) using the number
buttons.

Press ENTER.
When the registration is completed, the RM
SET UP indicator flashes twice.
Code numbers of controllable
VCR
Press VIDEO1 or VIDEO2.
If more than one code number is listed, try
entering them one at a time until you find the one
that works with your VCR.
Controlling the VCR
Press the button “VIDEO1,” or “VIDEO2.”
Sources that can be controlled by the remote
change depending on the setting of VIDEO1 or
VIDEO2.
You can control your VCR using the buttons
below.
Notes
• Depending on the VCR, you may not be able to
control your VCR, or use some of the buttons above.
• To operate a DVD player, press DVD, and then
change the mode of the receiver to DVD.
