Charging Batteries

Attach the BP-L60(A)/L90(A) Lithium-Ion Battery Pack.

Plug in the AC power cord connected to the AC-DN2A
into an AC power outlet.
At a room temperature of 25
°
C (77
°
F), the AC-DN2A
will provide an 85% charge to a BP-L60(A) in about four
hours, and to a BP-L90(A) in about six hours.
Notes
•
When the AC-DN2A has charged the BP-L60(A)/L90(A)
to about 85% capacity, all four indicators on the BP-
L60(A)/L90(A) will light up.
•
The actual charge level will not be shown on the indicators
while the AC-DN2A is still attached to the battery. To check
the charge level, you must first disconnect the battery from
the AC-DN2A.
•
Never charge a battery with the AC-DN2A while the battery
is being used to operate a device with a power rating of 100W
or more. Doing so may cause excessive power consumption
and overheating in the AC-DN2A, or a malfunction in the
device. This warning does not apply to devices rated at 100W
or less.
