Connections

Description

Beam

Set your phone to receive incoming Bluetooth beams.

Connection Setup

Configure your phone data connections, such as GPRS, WAP, and MMS, based on

the detected or selected network operator.

Set up one or more types of modem connections for your phone, such as phone dial-

up, GPRS and more, so your phone can connect to the Internet or a private local

network.

Domain Enroll

Connect your phone with company resources by enrolling in a domain.

USB to PC

Set a USB serial connection between your phone and a computer.

Wi-Fi

Scan for available wireless networks.

Mobile Data

Settings for HSPA/HSUPA, GPRS, CSD Line type and SMS service.

Communication

Manager

Enable or disable different communication channels.

Update Service

You can update the software of your phone in order to improve performance. This is done

using the Sony Ericsson Update Service.

To use Update Service

A USB cable is required for this operation.

From a PC with an Internet connection, go to

www.sonyericsson.com/update

Follow the instructions to install the latest available software in your phone.
