Receiver Dust Cloth on Inner Flip Cover
Replacement Procedure
Tools needed:
•
ESD Style 2A tweezers (Blunt tipped)
•
Nylon pointer
•
Perform sections 2.1.1 - 2.1.3 of the Base Disassembly Procedure
•
Perform sections 3.1.1 - 3.1.4 of the Flip Disassembly Procedure
Step-by-Step Instructions
1.
Due to the tendency for the power and camera key to
fall out, remove them from the inner flip cover before
proceeding.
2.
Using a nylon pointer, grip one of the two corners of
the dust cloth indicated and peel the dust cloth from
the inner flip cover.
3.
Carefully clean off any remaining adhesive residue
from the area where the dust cloth mounts onto the
inner flip cover using a pair of style 2A tweezers,
alcohol, and a lint free wipe.
