Voice mail
If your subscription includes an answering
service, callers can leave a voice mail
message when you cannot answer a call.
Receiving a voice mail message
Depending on your network operator, you are
informed that someone has left a message by a text
message (SMS) or by a voice mail icon that indicates the
number of voice mail messages waiting (
).
Calling your voice mail service
You can easily call your voice mail service by pressing
and holding
, if you have saved your voice mail
number in the phone. You get the number from your
service provider.
To enter a voice mail number

The voice mail number can be obtained from

Receiving calls
When you receive a call, the phone rings and
appears. If the number is a restricted number,

Unknown
appears.
To answer a call
• Press

To reject a call
• Press

.
To mute the ringer
Press the upper or lower side volume key. To mute the
microphone during a call, see “To mute the
microphone during a call” on page 27.
Missed calls
appears
in standby, indicating the number of missed calls.
To check your missed calls
