Quickoffice and
Pdf+
Quickoffice™ and Pdf+ are found in the
Office folder. With Quickoffice you can view
and edit Microsoft Word, Excel and
PowerPoint documents as well as text
documents. With Pdf+ you can view Adobe
Acrobat (PDF) documents.
Quickoffice
In Quickoffice you can see a list of all the
Quickoffice or text documents in a folder. Use
the tabs to display a list of a certain
Quickoffice document type. Use the
Phone
memory
menu to switch between phone
memory and Memory Stick. You can sort,
move, copy and delete documents, and create
and delete folders.
Select
View
to specify how to view the
document.
Quickword
To create a new Quickword™ document,
select
Office > Quickoffice > More > New >
Quickword
. Enter the name and location of the
new document. You can save documents in
Word (.doc) or text (.txt) format.
When you open existing documents you need
to select
More > Edit
to enable editing. To save
a document after making changes, tap
Save
.
Quicksheet
To create a new Quicksheet™ document,
select
Office > Quickoffice > More > New >
Quicksheet
.
There are two toolbars available in
Quicksheet, the Edit toolbar and the Format
toolbar. A quick way to enable the Edit toolbar
is to double tap a spreadsheet cell.
To save a spreadsheet after making changes,
tap
Save
.
Quickpoint
You can use Quickpoint™ to view Microsoft
PowerPoint presentations and to edit text in
them, but you cannot create new presentations
in Quickpoint.
Quickpoint contains three different views of a
slide presentation: Slide, Notes and Outline
view.
