4 Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause Solution
1. Power indicator doesn’t
work and with no wind
or mist
Did not connect the
power supply Connect the humidifier

up, there is wind but no
mist
No water in the water
tank
Fill water tank with water
3. Smelly mist
New humidifier
Open water tank, put it in
shadow for 12 hours
Dirty water or water
stored in tank too long Clean the water tank, fill
it with clean water.
4. Power indicator lights
up, there is no wind or
mist
Too much water in the
base flume
Empty the flume, then
close the cap of water
tank.
5. Only a little mist comes
out of the nozzle
Dirty ultrasonic trans-
ducer Clean the transducer
Dirty water or water
stored in tank too long Clean the water tank, fill
it with clean water.
6. Abnormal noise
Caused by too little water
in water tank. Fill water tank with water.
Resonance from table
board Place on a stable level
surface.
Note: It is normal to have a little mist overflowing from the nozzle at the beginning of
operation.
