7 Troubleshooting
Disturbance Possible reason Correction
The output of the sonnenProtect
is not supplying any power. The
RCD has switched off. There is an insulation fault.

Correct the insulation fault.
The output of the sonnenProtect
is not supplying any power. The
RCD has switched on. There is a grid outage. The battery
is completely discharged.

supplying power again.
The miniature circuit breaker of
