Getting Started withXP5560 BOL

T IS (ECOM Ex-Handy 08 or Ex-HSPA 08)

The above preset functions of number keys (from 2 to 9) can also be changed to the speed dial 

functionality. For more information refer, 

“Managing Speed Dial Numbers” on page 39

 .

• 

Press

 

and hold

 to display ‘+’ used for dialing an international number, while in standby 

mode.

• 

Press 0 in editor screen to get “.” in T9 or normal mode.

• 

Press and Hold in text editor screen to get “0” in T9 and normal mode.

• 

Press and hold

 to lock the keypad.

• 

With backlight on,

 press

 LSK followed by this key to unlock the keypad. 

• 

When entering text, 

press

 to display special characters, for example, period, comma, and 

so on.

and hold to display the text input languages.

 in standby mode to switch between Meeting on/off modes.
