Calendar
Calendar
The calendar enables you to set appointments, schedule
reminders when required, set alerts and repeat specific
settings. Tasks can be viewed on daily and weekly basis.
1. To access the Organizer and its associated
functions, select
Menu > Calendar
. The calendar for
the current month is displayed. Use the navigation
keys to navigate across months.
2. Select
Option
to view the list of options available.
•
View
: You can view the list of events for the day.
•
View all
: You can view all the events.
•
Add event
: You can enter a new event.
•
Delete event
: You can delete an event.
•
Jump to date
: You can go to a particular date and
view the events for that date.
•
Go to today:
You can access the current date.
•
Go to weekly view:
You can view the list of events
for the week.
When you are in weekly view, the option
changes to Go to monthly view to view
the calendar of the month.
Edit Events
Select
Menu > Calendar > Option > View
. Select the
event. Select
Option > Edit
. Make the changes. Select
Done
and
Save
.
