4.3 Operating procedure
Before each measurement, select the greatest current measuring range (10 mA).
Switch on the mains switch
[Mains] . The white signal lamp illuminates. At the same time, the yel-
low signal lamp illuminates if grounding has been carried out properly and if connection to ground ex-
ists. If the lamp does not illuminate, check all grounding connections.
On the display the start screen and. After a few seconds, the main menu appears.

4.3.1 Testing with alternating voltage (VLF)

Select test voltage (RMS value). VLF test voltage
can be chosen between 5 to 36 kV in 0.5 kV-steps.

The maximum test time is 300 min.
