GETTING STARTED
As other vaporizers, the VAPOCANE
®
enables you to inhale the substances
of your favourite tobacco without burning it. You will neither be exposed to the
smell nor to toxic by-products, produced by combustion. Inhaling vapor is a
healthy alternative to smoking. The vaporization is achieved by a stream of hot
air that extracts the substances of the plant without burning it. The vapor you
inhale contains everything a plant can offer, but you avoid exposing yourself to
toxic combustion by-products. A vaporizer extracts a much higher level of
substances than any normal pipe can do, that´s why it pays for itself very fast.
Made of high quality Borosilicate glass, the VAPOCANE can convert a pipe into
a vaporiser. It's preferably used in combination with water pipes made of glass,
but it also works perfectly with other models or even home made pipes (e.g.
made of plastic bottles).
Depending on which VAPOCANE-Set you've purchased, you'll find at least one
bowl in the box. Take it out and place one of the metal screens that also come
with your set in the bowl (cf. drawing p.3). We recommend you to burn the
screens before using them for the first time. Like that you clean them and get rid
of a possible metal taste during the first usage. It's up to you to use screens
made of brass or made of steel. Both materials are save to use and won't cause
any health problems at vaporization temperature (max. 230ºC). If you have
purchased a VAPOCANE Standard or Advanced Set we recommend to use the
felt-tip of the marker shaped transport case for placing the metal grid inside the
bowl (cf. drawing p. 7). You'll find the metal grids inside the black silicone lid of
the transport case.
Now fill the bowl with your favorite and thoroughly ground tobacco and connect
the VAPOCANE with the bowl (cf. drawing p.3). In the Standard and the
Advanced Set the VAPOCANE is kept inside the marker shaped case. To take it
out pull the black silicone lid at the end of the case - which is also a touch tool for
the hot glass (cf. drawing p. 7)! - out and turn the case up side down carefully
until the VAPOCANE slides out (cf. drawing p. 6). Now put the bowl together with
the VAPOCANE in the pipe. The device is ready for use.
The VAPOCANE design ensures a homogeneous vaporizing process.
Compared to other flame driven vaporizers the VAPOCANE has another
decisive advantage: the user can choose between using the flame directly or
indirectly.
