Always use fresh coffee beans and
store the unopened bean packs in a
cool, dry room. After opening, reseal
the pack as airtighly as possible and
best store in the fridge.
The steam fails to
steam the milk.
The steam button has
not been pressed.
The milk jug is too big
or the jug shape is
unsuitable.
You have used skimmed
milk.
The machine is only able to produce
steam after reaching its operating
temperature. The steam function is acti
vated when the steam button lights up
permanently in white while the coffee
extraction button (

) does not light up.
The steam / hot water wand has to be
swivelled out.
Always use a tall, slim container ideally
made from stainless steel.
Use unskimmed or semiskimmed milk.
