Work  Replacing 

Parts

Flywheel Fender, Brake Tension Knob and 

Leather Pad Brake

 

Rev  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Steps：

 

1.

 

Use  Combinational  M5  Allen  Wrench  & 

Phillips  Head  Screwdriver  (86)  to  unscrew 

four 

 

M6×15mm  Phillips  Head  Screws  and 

take apart 

 

Flywheel Fender (62). 

2.

 

Use  30  m/m  open  wrench  to  release 

34.5×15L-M30×P1.25  Nut  (12)  and 

 

Brake 

Tension Knob (16). 

3.

 

Use hex wrench and 

 

14/15m/m Wrench (85) 

to  release  M8  Nylock  Nut  which  secures 

Brake Pad Bracket (9) to take it apart. 

4.

 

Use  Combinational  M5  Allen  Wrench  & 

Phillips Head Screwdriver (86) to unscrew two 

M5  ×  10m/m  Tapping  Screws  (93)  and  take 

apart Leather Brake Pad (10). 

5.

 

Reverse above steps to resume.
