8 Troubleshooting
8�1 Troubleshooting measures
In case of abnormal behaviour consult the following table to find the cause and try to reset the
proper operating conditions.
If the proposed measures do not eliminate the fault, contact the SolarMax Service Centre.

If the alarm occurs accidentally, possibly the power grid is
abnormal accidentally. No extra action is needed.
■
If the alarm occurs repeatedly, contact the local power station.
After receiving approval of the local power bureau, revise the elec-
trical protection parameters setting on the inverter through SE
Touch APP.

If the alarm persists for a long time, check whether the AC circuit
breaker / AC terminals is disconnected or not, or if the grid has a
power outage.
