9. CONNECTING TO EXTERNAL DEVICES

RS232C communication is possible, connecting instrument and a data collector with the cable.

PROCEDURE Basic cable settings

1. Power OFF the instrument and connect the

instrument and a data collector with a interface
cable.



Cables: "25. ACCESSORIES"



• Insert the interface cable to the serial/external

power source connector tightly and then turn it.

2. Select "Comms" in Config mode.

3. Select "Comms mode" in <Communication

Setup>.

4. Set "Comms mode" to "RS232C".
