GSR1700 CSX Operations Manual

Chapter 2

Receiver Components

3.

Grasp the battery and pull it 
out.

To insert the battery:

1.

Grasp the battery compartment door knob and turn it 
counter clockwise, then pull the door open.

2.

With the metal connectors facing the inside of the 
compartment, slide the battery into the compartment. The 
battery clip will snap into place over the battery.

3.

Push the battery compartment door closed, then turn the 
knob clockwise until it stops.

2.5.2

Charge the battery

To charge the battery, use the included charger. It takes 
approximately two hours to completely charge one battery, and 
four hours to charge two batteries.

2.6

Memory

The receiver comes with an industrial grade removable 
CompactFlash card to support post-processing applications.

For information about how many hours of data can be stored in 
memory, see Section 6.1.2,
