● Apply PFG110 grease to the O-rings (4).
● Check that the bases of the grooves (7) are clean.
● Place the O-rings (4) in position in the grooves (7).
● Place the pistons (5) in position.
● Apply the same procedure for the second half-calliper.
● Apply PFG110 grease to the O-rings (6).
● Place the O-rings (6) in position, and then connect the
two half-callipers.

● Apply three drops 120° apart of loctite alongside the
screw thread (2).
● Tighten the two screws (2). Torque 15 Nm.
● Tighten the bleed screw and its cap (1).
Torque 12 Nm.
● Clean the brake fluid on the bleed screws.
● Reinstall brake pads refer to Replacing brake pads on
the D18 4-pistons callipers (front), p. 26 .
● Always use new seals and clips.
● Replace any defective parts, using only
original SODIKART parts.
● Install a new set of pads after any servicing
of the callipers.
