Troubleshooting

WARNING!

 

Always turn the tool OFF and remove the battery pack(s) before performing any adjustments, maintenance, 

or repairs to your cordless blower vac.

Unit will not  

start

The auger doesn't 

rotate while the 

motor is running

1. 

Batteries are flat.

2.  Batteries are not locked in 

position. 

3.  The safety button is not depressed 

1.  Auger belt is wore out
2.  Auger belt is not assembled properly

1.  Charge the batteries
2. 

Reinsert the battery, and try to start the machine 

again. 

3. 

Depress the safety button, and pull the switch bar 

lever.

1.  Change the auger belt
2. 

Check the auger belt, make sure it's assembled 

tightly on the rail

Problem

Possible Cause

Solution

Chute doesn't 

rotate when 

pressing the 

button

1.  There's no power. 
2.  Too much wet snow are accumulated 

around the chute and preventing the 

chute rotating.  

1. 

Make sure the battery pack(s) are charged and 

locked in position. 

2.  Clean the wet snow around the chute. 

Snow left on 

the ground after 

cleaning

1.  Worn out auger blades
2.  Worn out scraper bar

1.  Replace the blades 
2.  Replace the scraper bar
