CHECKING THE INTEGRITY OF THE DRAIN PIPE/S
Visually check that the exhaust gas system is not blocked or damaged. Make sure there is no
possibility for hazardous fumes inside the machine. If necessary contact the help service.

REPLACEMENT OF FUEL FILTER
Replace the fuel filter every 500 operating hours to prevent contaminants from negatively affecting the fuel
flow.
Follow the procedure below:
1.
Turn the engine off and leave it to cool.
2.
Close the fuel valve of the water separator.
3.
Remove the fuel filter using a spanner to turn it to the left
(1) (figure 10). When the fuel filter is removed, place it
carefully aside to prevent any fuel leaks. Clean any fuel
spills.
4.
Clean the filter mounting surface and moisten the gasket
with a tiny amount of fuel.
5.
Mount the new fuel filter. Manually tighten it, turning
it to the right (2) (figure 6) until it touches the
mounting surface. Use a filter wrench and tighten to
20 Nm.
6.
Open the fuel valve of the water separator.
7.
Prime the fuel system as explained in the previous
section.
8.
Check for any fuel leaks.
