Installing Mandrel
Step 1:
Insert mandrel into stem (Fig A)
Step 2:
Insert lock pin into hole so it catches on bearing. Use end of tool to push in if needed (Fig B, C)

Step 3:
Install the mandrels matching nose piece into stem (Fig D)
Step 4:
Tighten with included tool (Fig E) you will need to hold the stem while tightening.
