Hot air cooking (left-hand oven)
FUNCTION SELECTOR
THERMOSTAT SET AT 50 - 250°C
This system is suitable for cooking on several shelves, even with foods
of different kinds (fish, meat, etc.) without tastes and smells mingling.
The air circulation inside the oven ensures uniform heat distribution.
Preheating is not necessary.
Multiple cooking is possible provided that all foods require the same
temperature.

THERMOSTAT AT MAXIMUM SETTING
THERMOSTAT AT MAXIMUM SETTING
Used for quick browning of foods. The tray should be placed on the top
runner. For short processes and small amounts, place the rack on the third
runner from the bottom. For longer cooking times and grilling, place the rack
on lower runners, depending on the size of the food.
The oven door must be close while cooking is in progress.
