Check that there is no power failure such as
ground fault, short circuit, voltage fluctuation,
abnormal interphase voltage, open phase,
surge.

Check that there is no power failure such as
ground fault, short circuit, voltage fluctuation,
abnormal interphase voltage, open phase,
surge.
Release the compressor thermal trip referring
to [7.3.2 How to release the thermal relay trip
