6.2 SHUTDOWN ALARMS
When controller detects shutdown alarm, it will cutoff bus close signal and issues stop signal
immediately.

6.3 TRIP AND STOP ALARMS
When controller detects trip and stop alarm signal, it immediately disconnects bus close signal, and
issues stop signal.

When the controller detects that the ROCOF (change rate of frequency)
has exceeded the pre-set value, it will initiate a trip and stop alarm.

When the controller detects that vector shift value has exceeded the
pre-set value, it will initiate a trip and stop alarm.
