3.4 Messages in the optional display

The Windy Boy 5000 / 6000 can be factory fitted with an LCD display in the lid of
the case.

The display can also be retrofitted (SMA order code, "SB-Display", language
specification to be provided when ordering).

Switching on the display illumination

The background illumination is switched on by tapping on the lid of the case. Tapping
again switches the display to the next message.

After 2 minutes, the illumination switches off automatically.

Display messages in the startup phase

The following messages are displayed during the
startup phase of the Windy Boy 6000 and are
identical to those in the Windy Boy 5000. Since the
Windy Boy 5000 / 6000 is identically to the Sunny
Mini Central, apart from the mode of operation, the
display shows "Sunny Mini Central“.

After 6 seconds, the firmware version of the
operation control unit (BFR) and the current control
unit (SRR) are displayed.
