the following information in order to provide you with the necessary assistance:

• Inverter serial number and type
• Sunny WebBox serial number and firmware
• Schoolmeterbox serial number and firmware
• Serial number and firmware version of the Sunny SensorBox
• RS485 Power Injector serial number
• Sunny Matrix serial number and firmware
