Checking your firmware revision via RMM 

Before you start 

Make sure that you have permission to log in to the RMM interface of the 

Appliance from your local machine. For instructions, see

To check the firmware revision on your Appliance

Open Microsoft Explorer.

Enter the RMM address of the Appliance as the URL.

Authenticate using the user name and the password.
