8.2.10
Debug window
As long as the TK Adapter V2 is connected to a personal computer with a USB cable and the program is open,
here all actions of the TK Adapter V2 are recorded and documented. To do so the TK Adapter V2 must be connect-
ed via the COM port, a login is not necessary though. This can be very helpful if any problems occur.
When closing program all data in the debug window is discarded and won’t be saved!
8.2.11
Save configuration/Backup
You can save the complete configuration of the
TK Adapter V2 with all its settings in a XML-file
and thus back it up.
To do so at least the Master and attendee 1 must
be fully configured (i. e. both need to have at least
one valid call number and attendee 1 needs a
valid SKS BUS address).
To start the backup either click on the
disc sym-
bol
or click on
“File”
and then on
“Save configu
-
ration”
. Choose where to save your configuration
in the PC menu, enter a file name and click on
“Save”
.
Note
We recommend a backup after every change of configuration to be able to reset the
configuration in case of problems without great effort.
8.2.12
Load configuration
T
o re-apply a configuration to the TK Adapter V2
saved before, click either on the folder symbol or
click on “File” and “Load configuration”.
Then choose the matching XML-file from your
personal computer and open it by double clicking
the file name, so that the saved configuration will
be loaded into the program interface.
