In case this does not work, make sure that WiFi is activated and your smartphone is
connected to the correct network, then try again to connect to your IP gateway.
9.3.3
Testing the connection
When the doorbell rings at the intercom system the door call is conveyed to the mobile device. Thus test whether
images and sound are transmitted perfectly. Also try out opening the door and switching on the light where appli-
cable (only if installed with an additional switching actor) via the app.
We do recommend using your mobile device to test in each room whether you have a reliable wireless connection
(WLAN) everywhere.
9.4
Main menu
9.4.1
List of calls
After having established the connection to the IP gateway once, the app saves your data and directly shows the
main menu whenever the app is reopened, i. e. the list of calls. Here for every door call a preview image is shown
as well as information on the camera chosen, the date and time of the call.
By tapping on one of the calls you can enlarge the photo and if available you can play a mail box message.
Unrecognized calls (i. e. when you missed accepting or blocked them) are marked by a blue dot on the left of the
preview image.
You have two options for the call list ˗̶ you can list either all calls or just the ones you missed. When starting the
app all calls are shown. To chose just the ones you missed, tap on „Unseen“ at the top right. All the calls in this list
are marked as unseen with a blue dot. As soon as you picked one of the calls and opened it, the blue dot disap-
pears and the call is moved to the list „All“. To switch back to the list of all calls tap on “All” at the top.
If you want to delete single calls from the list, tap on the respective call and then hit “Delete” at the top right of your
touch screen. The call will be deleted from the list irreversibly and without any further question.
9.4.2
Spyhole
Via the icon
spyhole
you may see a camera image of your door station at any time no matter
where you are, the video quality is controlled by the settings of your IP gateway. Sound is not
transmitted in either way using the spyhole function.
Apart from that you may also open the door within 1.5 to 2.5 minutes after a door call (de
-
pending on the components in the system) via the spyhole function, i. e. if opening during the
door call has failed. To do so keep hold of the button

for a few seconds.
If you the button is not held long enough, you will receive the following message:
