he IP-Gateway II connects your SKS BUS system with the internet and thus offers to communicate worldwide via your
SKS intercom system by linking it to mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets or your personal computer even if
you‘re not at home! Doing so call-, audio-, video- and control signals are conveyed to local IP users or via the internet to
your mobile device and thus allows for example opening the door or switching on the stair lights (the latter of which only
with an additional switching actor) with your smartphone. Here it is possible to forward a my sks to up to ten devices
using the IP-Gateway II Business and up to five devices using the IP-Gateway II Family.
This manual describes the installation of the IP-Gateway II in a 6-wire SKS BUS system. The configuration is done via
web interface. You’ll find further information on this in chapter „Operation of web interface“.
Attention
The devices used must support the open SIP standard. Transmitting images is possible
only from door station(s) to the terminal mobile device.
To connect mobile devices a permanent internet connection is necessary, the data band-
width needs to be at least 3 MBit/s upstream and 3 MBit/s downstream.
