Removing the
Refrigeration
Unit
For major servicing or transportation, the refrigeration unit can be removed
from the cabinet. Some servicing can be performed without removing the
refrigeration unit.
The refrigeration unit is heavy and requires a minimum of two people to lift
from the cabinet. Steps or a platform about 1 metre high are suggested to
allow ther unit to be safely lifted, carried and put down at waist height.
Follow the steps below to remove the refrigeration unit.
To remove the refrigeration unit
WARNING
The refrigeration unit is heavy. Ensure extreme care is taken
when lifting the unit from the cabinet.
1. Disconnect the cabinet from the mains power supply.
2. Unplug the ENSTO cabinet supply flex and if fitted the ENSTO sign supply flex
from the unit junction box, located behind the sign panel.
3. Undo the sign retaining clips
(on top of the sign sides)
and lift the sign panel up
and off the cabinet.
4. Remove the sign back strip,
loosen the sign side fixing
screws and remove the sign
sides.
5. Undo the electronic
controller assembly fixing
screws underneath the
control panel, and detach
the electronic controller
assembly from the cabinet.
