• Always apply the brake on the buggy frame before attaching and removing the carry cot.
• Make sure that the carry cot is attached correctly.
• Press both buttons provided in assembly sockets of the frame to release the carry cot. Pull
the carry cot upwards to remove it.
• CAUTION! Make sure the carrycot is properly installed before use.
• WARNING! THE CARRY COT MAY BE INSTALLED ONLY FACING THE REAR (the child should
be facing the carer driving the buggy).
28. Carry cot cover removal:
• To remove the carry cot cover, undo the zip around the edge and remove the underlying
material.
29. Removing the seat cover material
• Seat backrest (fig. 28)
a. Unzip the zip that connects the backrest fabric to the seat.
b. Remove the plastic canopy attachment from the seat frame and dismount it.
c. In the area of the backrest-position-changing lever, slide the material out from under the
mechanism.
d. Remove the cover from the pushchair frame.
• Seat (fig. 29)
a. Remove the safety bar.
b. On the underside of the pushchair, unfasten the fasteners that connect the seat fabric to
the frame.
c. Unhook the 4 Velcro straps from the bottom of the footrest and then pull it out of the frame
of the pushchair and remove the buckle.
d. Remove the cover from the pushchair frame.
• To install the upholstery on the seat, follow the above steps in the reverse order.
30. Installing a car seat with adapters
• Attach the additional adapters to the hooks on the frame of the pushchair (fig. 30) and then
push the hooks into the adapters (fig. 30 a).
• PLEASE NOTE! Car seat adapters are not included in the Moss pushchair set. They can be
purchased separately as an additional product from the skiddoü product range.
31. Removing the car seat and adapters
• To remove the seat, press the buttons on the edges of the seat on both sides (fig. 31) and
pull the handle upwards. To remove the adapters, press the buttons on the inside of the
adaptors and pull upwards (fig. 31a).
• CAUTION! The car seat can only be installed backward-facing (the child facing the person
pushing the pushchair).
III. Maintenance, cleaning
• The user is responsible for regular maintenance of the pushchair. Due to its intended use
(outdoor use in various weather conditions and on various surfaces), compliance with the
following maintenance conditions is an essential factor for its proper functioning.
• Metal parts can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. After cleaning, wipe the
product dry to prevent corrosion.
• Clean the frame with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent, removing excess water with a
dry cloth.
• The upholstery can be washed with a slightly damp cloth using a mild detergent. Do not
wash the pushchair elements in a washing machine nor spin them mechanically or soak for
a long time due to the possible damage to structural elements (stiffeners, reinforcements,
fillings). Always check all symbols on the tags before washing. Do not expose to direct
sunlight while drying.
• Do not use bleach. Use only mild detergents.
• If the product has become wet, wipe metal parts dry and allow the unfolded pushchair to dry
completely in a well-ventilated area to prevent mould.
• Do not expose the product to prolonged sunlight as the upholstery and plastic parts may
become discoloured or damaged.
• Maintain moving parts using fast evaporating cleaners and lubricants periodically.
• Regularly check the position of the seat belts and other adjustable items.
• Regularly clean the wheels, brakes and suspension components from sand, salt and other
dirt. Do not use grease in areas where sand can get in.
