If a timeout message occurs, you must
determine the cause and any malfunctions
must be resolved.
During commissioning and when the suc-
tion line has been emptied, the lubricant
reservoir must be depressurized prior to
filling. The plugs in the discharge opening or
in the connection for the return line to the
lubricant reservoir must be removed for this
purpose. Then let the refill pump run until
lubricant is supplied.
8.2.1.7 Information on data exchange
with an aerosol monitor
(input byte 1, bit 1)
Bit 1 in input byte 1 indicates whether there
is a data connection to an installed AM1000
aerosol monitor.
8.2.2 Assignment of input words
Seven input words are available for trans-
mission of additional information from the
MQL system to the machine tool.
These are 16-bit integer values that can
be used to transmit digitalized analog val-
ues from the MQL system (Table 12, input
words) and from an optional aerosol moni-
tor to the machine tool.
By default, MQL system designs
UFD10-1-2XX000 provide the input words
via the GSDML file.
MQL system designs
UFD10-1-1XX000 and
UFD20-1-10X000 provide the input words
if the object UFD10A or UFD20A was se-
lected from the GSD file.
The values from the input words can be
used in addition to the information from
the input bytes for process optimization and
monitoring.
