Connecting the line voltage
8.2.1 Connecting the unit
Connect the unit to the central distributor of the building installation,
preferably using a 3-wire power cable (N, L, PE, at least 3x2.5 mm² or 3x4
mm² (14 AWG or 12 AWG)). 25 A overcurrent circuit breaker B .
IMPORTANT
When operating the unit at exhibitions and trade fairs, read the chapter
entitled Using demo mode – operation without radiation release [ → 173].

Switch off the power supply connection before connecting the line
voltage.

Fixed connection!
Installing a mains plug instead of the specified fixed connection infringes
international medical regulatory actions and is prohibited. In case of
error, this puts patients, users, and other parties seriously at risk.

The unit is suitable for connection to networks of 200-240 V and 50-60
Hz, ±10%.
WARNING
