Connect to network
The use of Cat 5 cable is recommended for Ethernet network connections. To have the best
transmission quality, cable length should not exceed 100 metres. Connect one end of the
Ethernet cable to the RJ-45 connector on the camera and plug the other end of the cable into
the network switch or PC.
Note: For direct connection of the camera to a PC you may need to use an Ethernet
crossover cable.
