PRE-OPERATION FUNCTION TEST
TESTING THE FOLDABLE BOOM
UP/DOWN FUNCTION
1. Move the enable switch and meanwhile move
upwards the foldable boom up/down switch, the
foldable boom shall go up smoothly without shaking
or abnormal noise.
2. Move the enable switch and meanwhile move
downwards the foldable boom up/down switch, the
foldable boom shall go down smoothly without
shaking or abnormal noise, and the buzzer will
sound.
TESTING THE TURNTABLE ROTATE
FUNCTION
1. Move the enable switch and meanwhile move
upward the turntable rotate switch, the turntable
shall rotate anticlockwise.
2. Move the enable switch and meanwhile move
downwards the turntable rotate switch, the turntable
shall rotate clockwise.
TESTING THE PLATFORM LEVEL
FUNCTION
FALL HAZARD
The platform leveling function is only
used for slight adjustment of the
platform. Improper operation may
result in unintended movement or fall
of the load/occupants.
1. Move the enable switch and meanwhile move
upwards the platform level switch, the platform level
shall go up.
2. Move the enable switch and meanwhile move
downwards the platform level switch, the platform
level shall go down.
TESTING THE PLATFORM ROTATE
FUNCTION
1. Move the enable switch and meanwhile move
upwards the platform rotate switch, the platform
shall rotate anticlockwise.
2. Move the enable switch and meanwhile move
downwards the platform rotate switch, the platform
shall rotate clockwise.
TESTING JIB UP/DOWN FUNCTION
1. Move the enable switch and meanwhile move
upwards the jib up/down switch, the jib boom shall
go up.
2. Move the enable switch and meanwhile move
downwards the jib up/down switch, the jib boom
shall go down and the buzzer will sound.
TESTING THE BUZZER FUNCTION
The buzzer shall give an sound-light alarm at variable
frequency when the following situations occur:
• Main boom, foldable boom or jib boom down
• Machine overloaded
• Machine tilted
• Length sensor faulted
• Angle sensor faulted
• Other faults
TESTING PETROL GENERATOR (IF
EQUIPPED)
Activate the petrol generator switch. The petrol
generator switch offers AC power for storage battery
charging or electric tools.
TESTING THE PLATFORM
CONTROLLER
NOTICE
All the tests of platform controllers should be
completed within the same period.
