Other problems– I forgot my code PIN and I can’t join anymore my installation

Possible cause :

I chose to access another installation « Main menu / mobile PIN/ Change PIN
and I forgot to note the PIN code of my own installation
Ø
Solution :
Reload the LiveIn app to start a new installation
Reset the LiveIn plug (Press on the reset button – LED steady red)
Connect to the WiFi network from the plug (Simu_####) in your mobile device
settings.
Click “search for LiveIn”
Select the wifi network
Type again your wifi password to ensure it is the correct one
Validate with “next”
Wait until the auto configuration is done and press continue to finish
The message “livein is already configured” appears _Press continue to come back
to the configuration made in factory.The installer retrieve all the configuration. He
just needs to validate the name and then the screen with Simu-Hz equipments to
go back to user mode
