Run

Click to connect and run the FM90 Sonar Head. When running, click to disconnect and
stop the FM90 Sonar Head.

If you see an error in the

Output Messages

window when attempting to start

operation of the sonar, verify that the Sonar Head has been discovered. You can
do this in the

Sonar Setup

dialog box.

Note

Some of the buttons on the top bar will be greyed out until you start operation of the sonar.
In addition, if the Sonar Head is running, you will not be able to change or configure any
settings.

Sonar applications list

This drop-down list displays various sonar applications used for different types of trawling.

You can configure which applications will appear by opening the

Customize Apps

dialog box,

which is the last item in this list. To get the best net picture, choose the sonar applications
that describe the kind of trawling that you do.
