Lack of lubrication 

As the arms come down by gravity alone, the frame must 
be able to move freely. Lubricate with a silicon spray or dry 
lubricant. Do not use grease or oil. 

Gas strut bent or 
damaged 

Contact Simpro to arrange replacement. 

Lifting chain rusty or 
seized

Lowering solenoid
