Drafts
The Drafts is used to store those messages that have been created but not yet sent.
Up to 100 draft messages can be stored in Drafts. When Drafts is full, the oldest
message will be overwritten by the latest one automatically.

To scroll through the stored messages, use the
▼
and
▲
keys.
Selecting the 'Operation' key enables the user to ‘Enter’ and ‘Delete’ the selected draft
message. It also provides an option to ‘Delete All’ draft messages stored in Drafts.
If a draft message now needs to be edited or sent, the ‘Enter’ option should be
selected for the relevant draft message.
To edit or resend a draft message, carry out the following:
1. From the home screen, select 'Operation' > ‘Message’ > ‘Drafts’.
2. From the Drafts screen, use the

and
▲
keys to select the relevant draft
message. Select ‘Menu’ > ‘Enter’.
3. If the message needs to be edited, edit the message text as required and select
'Operation' > ‘Save’.
4. To resend the message, carry out the following:
i. Select 'Operation' > ‘Send’. The ‘Contact’ menu screen will be displayed.
ii. From the Contact menu screen, select either Private Call Contact or Group
Call Contact option as required.
iii. From the relevant Contact list, carry out either of the following:
a. If the required contact is listed, use the

and
▲
keys select the
contact and select ‘OK’.
b. If the required contact is not listed, select the Enter ID option. On the
ID screen, use the keypad to enter the required ID and then select
‘Send’.
