The.main.factors.to.be.taken.into.con-
sideration. for. calculating. the. section.
are. the. heat. input. of. the. boiler,. the.
type.of.fuel,.the.percentage.of.CO2,.the.
mass.flow.of.smoke.at.nominal.load,.
the. temperature. of. the. smoke,. the.
roughness.of.the.internal.wall,.and.the.
effect.of.gravity.on.the.draught.pres-
sure,.which.must.take.into.account.the.
external.temperature.and.the.altitude..
2.6 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The.boiler.is.supplied.with.an.electric.
cable.. Should. this. require. replace-
ment,. it. must. be. purchased. exclusi-
vely.from.SIME..
The. electric. power. supply. to. the. boi-
ler. must. be. 230V-50Hz. single-phase.
through. a. fused. main. switch,. with. at.
least.3.mm.spacing.between.contacts..
The.room.stat.must.be.class.II.as.spe-
cified. by. standard. EN. 60730.1. (clean.
contact).
NOTE: Device must be connected to
an efficient earthing system.
