Replacing the fuse
There is a fuse in the car USB charging
adapter to protect the vehicle’s on-board
power supply . If the device stops working,
check the fuse and replace it if necessary .
♦ Open the car USB charging adapter
by turning the screw insert (C) carefully
anticlockwise and removing it .
♦ Remove the plug tip (B) from the fuse (A)
and pull out the fuse (A) .
♦ Now insert a new fuse (A) of type
F4L/250V into the car USB charging
adapter . Place the plug tip (B) on the
slightly protruding end of the fuse (A)
and screw the previously removed screw
insert (C) back in .
DANGER
► Only ever use the same type of fuse .
Otherwise there is a risk of fire .
NOTE
If the device still does not work or if the
new fuse burns out immediately, the
device is defective . In this case, please
contact the Service Hotline (see section
Service
) .
