Do not open the rechargeable battery and
charger! Risk of short circuit.

Protect the charger against metal parts (e.g.
metal chips) and liquids! Risk of electric shock.

Do not use any third-party rechargeable
battery or third-party chargers! Risk of fire.

Protect the rechargeable battery against
heat, and also against sustained exposure
to sunlight and fire!

Never use water to extinguish Li-ion
rechargeable batteries which are on fire!
Use sand or a fire blanket.

Regularly check the plug and mains cable
of the charger in order to avoid dangers. If
the mains cable or electrical parts of the
device are damaged, they must be renewed
by Sika customer service or a similarly
qualified specialist in order to avoid dangers.

When the charger is not in use, remove
the mains plug from the socket.

Do not cover ventilation openings of the
charger. Otherwise, the charger could over-
heat and will no longer function correctly.

Do not insert conductive objects into the
charger.

Only connect to single-phase alternating
current and only to the mains voltage
specified on the rating plate. The device
can also be connected to sockets without
an earth contact, because it is designed for
protection class II.
Li-ion rechargeable batteries

These batteries are supplied partially
charged. The LEDs on the battery indicate
the charge level.

If the battery is not used for a long period
of time, it will switch to standby mode.

The battery will switch off automatically
if it becomes completely discharged (ex-
haustive discharge is not possible).

The battery can heat up significantly if
subjected to extreme loads. In this case,
the battery will switch off.

In that case, insert the battery into the
charger to recharge and activate it.

The charge level can be displayed by
