Initial start-up

For the initial start-up, work through the following table. If you run into trou-
ble, consult Section 6.

Check to make sure the photometer
and control unit are properly in-
stalled and connected.



Sections 3.1 and 3.2.

Activate the power supply to the
control unit.

After a few seconds, either one or
two readings appear on the control
unit display (depending on instru-
ment version).

Set the language spoken in your re-
gion.



Section 4.5

Now the menu texts will appear in
the desired language.

Run through a sensor check.

If no fault message has appeared,
the photometer is ready to start
measuring.

Set the measuring range required for
