Operating the appliance
Preparing the washer dryer
The washer dryer was tested before
delivery. To remove residual water from
the test procedure, the first wash cycle
should be run without washing using the
Flusen spülen
(Rinse fluff) programme.
Before washing/drying for the first time
1.
Check the machine.
Notes
– Never switch on a damaged
machine!
– Inform customer
service!

Insert mains plug.

Warning
Danger of death from electric
shock!
Danger of death if live parts are
touched.
– Never pull out the mains plug by
tugging the power cord.
– Insert/pull out the mains plug
with dry hands only.
3.
Turn the tap on.
The end of the drying programme is
followed by an automatic fluff
cleaning cycle. Turn the trap on even
when selecting a drying programme.

Warning
Provide good ventilation!!
Good ventilation is required to
discharge air which occurs during
the drying phase.
Notes

Always provide good ventilation in
the room in which the washer dryer
is situated.
■
Always keep the inlets and outlets
for the cooling air clear.

Open the washerdryer door.
5.
Check whether the drum has been
completely emptied. If required,
empty.
Selecting the programme/
Switching on the appliance
Note:
If you have activated the
childproof lock, you must deactivate it
before you can set a programme.
Select the required programme with the
programme selector. Can be rotated in
either direction.
The washer dryer is switched on.
The following figures are indicated
continuously on the display panel for
the selected programme:
■
the programme duration,
■
the preset temperature,
■
the preset spin speed and
■
the maximum load.
