Fault has occurred

Error code: 011. Notify Technical Support

Note

Some faults are not caused by the VersiCharge, but by EV compatibility or by settings

activated in the EV.
Check the settings in the EV if a fault has occurred. The user can define the charging time, for

example, in the settings of the electric vehicle. For safety reasons, such settings overwrite all

commands in the VersiCharge and end the charging process. Adapt the settings in your

electric vehicle.
