7.3 Preparing for commissioning

SITRANS VP300 with or without HART
Operating Instructions, 03/2011, A5E01258666-03

Press twice. The display shows the following:

Set the language for the display using or . The preset language is English.

Confirm the selection with . The defined language is displayed.

The language for the display is set. The language setting must only be made once.

Switch to the measurement view by pressing the button until the display shows the

following:

Move the actuator alternately to both endstops using and .

Adhere to the action in the position feedback. If no fault message is shown when moving

the actuator, you have fixed the positioner correctly.

Result

The positioner is ready for commissioning.
