5.5 Finishing the transmitter connection

SITRANS F Ultrasonic flowmeters FST030 (HART)
Operating Instructions, 08/2017, A5E35971532-AC

Connect ground to terminal and power to terminals L/+ and N/- in the manner shown

below at right using a screwdriver.

AC connection

DC connection

Power: 85 to 264 V AC, 47 to 63 Hz

Power: 19.2 to 28.8 V DC

Mount power supply protection cover and fasten protection cover screw.

Tighten cable gland.

5.5

Finishing the transmitter connection

Connection check-up

Check individual wire installation by tugging firmly.

Firmly tighten cable glands and insert blanking plugs in unused cable entries.

Close lid.

Tighten the four spring screws.

Ensure that moisture does not penetrate to inside of electronics enclosure.

Your device is now ready for commissioning.
