Procedure

1. Insert the terminal at the marked position.

2. Secure the terminal using the integrated screws.

Requirements for the power supply

External 24 V power supply   

The MCU power supply is an external 24 V power supply (e.g.: SITOP). The following currents 

that are drawn for an MCU provide a basis for calculating the 24 V DC power supply required.

Inrush current
To start, the device requires an inrush current of at least 6.5 A for 15 ms. 
The peak value of the starting current depends on the input voltage and the impedance of the 

24 V DC power supply. Peak currents higher than 6.5 A are possible. This does not impair the 

functionality of the device.
