Description:
Sets the minimum time for a transition from open-loop controlled to closed-loop controlled operation after the lower
changeover speed p1755 * (1 - p1756 / 100 %) has been exceeded.

Note:
With p1759 = 2000 ms, the delay time becomes ineffective and the model changeover is determined by the output
frequency only (changeover for p1755).
